About these terms

These terms govern use of passiona.ai and the Passiona materials made available through it. By using the site, you agree to them on your own behalf or, if you act for a school or organisation, on its behalf.

Educational use and supervision

Passiona is designed to support AI literacy. It is not a substitute for teacher judgement, safeguarding procedures, professional advice or independent assessment of an AI output.

Schools and educators are responsible for appropriate supervision, permissions, accessibility support and classroom use. Do not ask children to submit personal or sensitive information through the public site.

• Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its security, availability or operation.
• Do not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, distribute or commercially exploit site materials except where law permits or Passiona agrees in writing.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive or privacy-invasive material through the enquiry form.

AI, content and third parties

AI-related examples and learning materials are illustrative and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular context. Users should test, question and independently evaluate outputs.

The site may link to or embed third-party services, including YouTube. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; Passiona is not responsible for their content or availability.

Intellectual property

Passiona and its site content, designs, text, software, branding, images and media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You retain rights in information you submit, and grant Passiona a limited right to use it only to answer and administer your enquiry.

Availability, liability and changes

We may change, suspend or remove site content or functionality at any time. The site is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Passiona excludes warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms by posting a new version. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Questions about these terms may be sent through the site enquiry form.
